Questions
What does NOYA do?
NOYA is a private concierge and lifestyle management company. We arrange travel, hotels and villas, yachts and private aviation, access to events, and the day-to-day requests of busy lives. For companies and brands we handle executive travel, client hospitality, events and productions.
Is NOYA only in Egypt?
No. We arrange travel and stays internationally, from the Alps and the Riviera to London and the Greek islands. In Egypt we also work as the local partner for organisations, brands and other concierge firms.
How does it work?
Send an enquiry or message us on WhatsApp. A member of the team reads it, asks what matters to you, and comes back with a short written proposal. The same person stays with it until you are home.
Do I need to be a member?
No. Anyone can make an enquiry for a single trip, stay or event. NOYA Private is for individuals and families who want the same arrangement all year, with priority in the busiest weeks.
